What Causes the Problem?
Perspiration from strenuous activity allows bacteria to develop deep within equipment. The result is potentially dangerous contact with the athlete's skin, and the familiar odors associated with hockey, football, and other sports equipment. NHL stars, such as Joe Thornton, Ed Belfour, Mikael Renberg, and Darren McCarty have all lost playing time due to bacterial infections caused by open sores becoming infected by the bacteria in their equipment.

What is the Solution?
Canadian university researchers developed the Sani Sport equipment sanitizing system. The system was designed to destroy the bacteria in sports equipment, recognizing that if you can destroy the bacteria, the odors will be eliminated.

How Long Does it Last?
There is no way to determine how long the treatment will last with each individual.
